Description

Formentera bus tour is a guided trip around the island with free time on the beach. A trip to Ibiza’s sister island of Formantera.

Our couches will pick up you from your hotel or from pick up point. After being collected and taken to the port in Ibiza, you will make the short sea crossing to the port “La Sabina” in Formentera. The journey on the fast ferry boat between the port in Ibiza and Formentera lasts about 30 minutes.

San Francisco is the island’s capital, is a very pleasant place to walk around., There is a church square surrounded by white-painted houses and shops. If somebody like museum can visit  Ethnographic Museum. Fans of markets should head to the morning craft market that’s open daily from 10:00 to 14:00 from May to October.

2. El Mirador viewpoint

To go to  la Mola lighthouse  the highest point of the Formentera, we have travelled along a steeply curved road with forests on both sides of the road. The obligatory stop on this road is the Formentera viewpoint. From this fabulous viewpoint, you can appreciate how beautiful the island is. From here you can see Formentera and Ibiza in the background. Good time to take the camera and  take the beautiful photos.

3. La Mola lighthous and cliff

In one of the most spectacular points of the whole island of Formentera and located on a cliff more than 200 meters above the sea. Here is the impressive lighthouse of La Mola. It’s beautiful place to take pictures to have nice memories of holidays.. La Mola is the highest point of Formentera. To enjoy the La Mola Lighthouse, we can have a drink in the only building that can be found next to the lighthouse: a chill-out bar perfect to enjoy the views. In this area there are also large numbers of lizards, the protected species and symbol of the island.

4. Free time on the beach – Es Pujol

Es Pujol is the only tourist resort on the island. Here you can find a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. Tree-lined avenues, a slower pace of life and a gorgeous clean white sandy beach give it the air of the small village it once was, where it’s easy to get to know the locals. Here you will have free time for lunch and swimming  and snorkelling in the Sea.

1. Pickup from your hotel or designated meeting point

2. Transfer by bus to the capital of Ibiza and take the ferry to the port of Formentera. The ferry takes about 30 minutes.

3. Visiting Formentera by bus and free time on the beach (Capital San Francisco, Mirador view point, La Mola lighthouse and Es Pujol beach)

4. Return by ferry to Ibiza and by bus to your hotel

1. While making a reservation and filling in the payment data, in the “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION” field, write the name of the hotel you are staying in. We will email you or send you a WhatsApp with the information about the exact time and location of the meeting point.

2. You can choose the language of the tour when booking. We will try to make the tour in the language of your choice, if not, the tour will be in English.

Depending on where your hotel/apartment is located, the pickup time will be between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. If you want to know exactly what time the bus will pick you up and from where, send us whats app.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours* before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
