1. General Terms:

Cancellations are possible under the following conditions. For questions or if you need to cancel, please contact our customer service.

2. Change of Date:

Changes to the reservation date are possible with the required notice before the planned start of the tour or cruise.

In case of a date change, if the activity’s price remains the same, no additional fees will be charged.

3. Cancellation Policies on Each Product Page:

On each product page, you will find a tab with information on cancellation and rescheduling policies. We recommend reviewing them before making a reservation.

4. Cancellation Categories:

On our website, you can find three cancellation categories:

4.1. At least 24 hours before the experience’s start time:

Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time.

No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time.

No changes accepted less than 24 hours before the start time.

4.2. At least 48 hours before the experience’s start time:

Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the start time.

No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before the start time.

No changes accepted less than 48 hours before the start time.

4.3. At least 7 full days before the experience’s start time:

Full refund if cancelled at least 7 full days before the start time.

50% refund if cancelled 4-6 full days before the start time.

No refund if cancelled less than 4 full days before the start time.

5. Unforeseen Events:

In case of tour or cruise cancellation due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather conditions, technical issues), we offer alternative solutions or a full refund.

6. Cancellation Procedure:

Cancellations can be made electronically via email at hello@ticketmarketIbiza or by using the contact form on the Contact page. You can also reach our customer service at +34 691 015 475. We recommend using WhatsApp.

7. Refund Policies:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few days. The refund processing time depends on your bank’s policy. We will send you a confirmation of the refund.

There are no handling fees.

 

8. Exceptional Cases:

In special circumstances, we will consider individual cancellation cases, aiming to find satisfactory solutions for both parties.
